Following the publication of her first book, Discover Springfield, Brenda Sorraghan has now updated and rewritten this work. Renamed Springfield Revisited, her second publication is, once again, a beautifully presented, full colour book, telling more of the story of Springfield.

Springfield Revisited once again recounts the life of the early squatters and the enthusiastic immigrant farmers who found this region so bountiful for their crops and cattle. Springfield Revisited documents the adventures of the men who searched for gold in the area, and the unlucky residents who experienced threats from desperate bushrangers. The establishment of the school, the fire brigade and the railway line all make great reading and provide an insight into the life of the families who lived in this small hamlet.
